I just recently went to this restaurant and our waiter was just outstanding. This restaurant greeted me with warm hospitality. I would definitely say that Karla made my experience at the restaurant amazing. I will definitely come back.

Plata Cocina Mexicana is a true treasure! From the moment you step in, the vibrant ambiance and beautifully designed space set the tone for a great dining experience. The food is absolutely delicious – their mole chicken and enchiladas are must-tries, and the guacamole is so fresh and flavorful. The margaritas are perfectly balanced and pair wonderfully with the variety of dishes. The service was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Whether you’re there for a casual lunch or a celebratory dinner, Plata Cocina Mexicana does not disappoint. We came to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Without reservations, we were seated within 5 minutes. The food is fresh, tasty and portions are generous. Service is outstanding. Their drinks are so tasty and made with real juice. We love this place and will definitely be coming back again and again

The location is very pretty. Little water fountain outside the doors. 10/10 ambiance. I was so surprised at how affordable the food was for the area. Most dishes were around 20-30. Not bad per person. Sides were around 12-20. Highly recommend the Tablita. Piece of carne asada on top of a nopal with cheese on it. Delicious and filling. We also tried the cordero. Pretty close in flavor to birria but definitely preferred the Tablita.

We had dinner on Saturday night. very crowded, we only waited 10 to 15 minutes for outdoor seating but was worth it. Great atmosphere, and food was delicious.

Excellent high quality Mexican food. Surprisingly different style. Top notch ingredients. Full service Cantina. Busy happy hour. Ice cold beers on tap and Cadillac margaritas. Very refreshing instead of the same tired repeated menu.

Great portion sizes. ICE cold beer mugs. PHENOMENAL service. (None of that order at the bar and pick it up at the counter bologna). Delicious food. New fav place? Yes. Shout out to Dana for the great experience.

Been going to this restaurant for quite some time now and they have always consistently delivered quality fast service and great dishes. Go to favorites are their tacos (even the cauliflower tacos are amazing) and the "Tablita". Solid guac and their margaritas are fantastic! Its usually always busy, however, there is a lot of seating both indoors and on the patio so wait times are minimal. For smaller groups you can usually get seated right away.
